I'm pretty darn pleased with this steamer. It did a great job cleaning up the upholstery in my home. The icky smells are gone and the surfaces look almost new. Spot cleaning the carpets works well too. It's not perfect on wood floors, there's still water left over, I thought the vacuum would suck it all up, but in retrospect I think that's an unreasonable expectation. The floors dry quickly and they're sparkling and odor free!
Get the turbo brush too. This is BY FAR the most useful tool I've used.
