I BOUGHT THIS BECAUSE IT WAS RECOMMENDED BY A FRIEND, BUT I THOUGHT HERS HAD STRONGER WAND EXTENTIONS. ASIDE FROM THAT I AM HAPPY WITH THIS PRODUCT SO FAR.

Does well at cleaning floors and the bathroom. Takes dirt off the walls. Cleans microwaves and windows. Still finding new ways to use it.

I purchased this primarily for cleaning my tile floors and (ugh) the dirty grout line. Other reviewers are right the nylon brushes do degrade quickly on the grout. Anyways, it really does a nice job on grout. Our kitchen has wood floors and it cleaned them very well, too. I turned down the pressure a little bit on the floors, it seemed to work better than it did at full power. On soap scum / bathroom cleaning I turned the power back up, good call. It really does clean the tub. I called the company to ask about the continuous refill stuff (they call it CSS) and they said it’s a nice feature if you plan on cleaning for more than 45 minutes at a time. I have hard water and another nice thing about this is it comes with a litmus paper to test the water before you ever put it in, and it comes with a descaling solution to clean it out every year or so. I paid [$], now looks like it’s on sale for [$].

I love the steamer- my only complaint- is that I have to change the pads often if the floors are real dirty. Other than that, the product is great.

For over a year I can actually say I look forward to cleaning my house every weekend. The fact that I don't have to use toxic or harsh chemicals is a great relief as I have small children. No more chemical smell. My home is always fresh and clean. When I clean the shower, the soap scum just melts off the door. And my chrome fixtures look brand new. I am very happy this product, the CSS feature is definitely worth the money, superb!
