the manual needs to be rewritten at no time does it indicate what the 3rd setting is for [...] i have an oil furnace and the service techs oftern spill a little fuel oil on the concrete and this machine even removed the oil stains from bare concrete sure it took a little time but ever try to get oil stains out of concrete?

I have been using my new steam cleaner since it arrived a few days ago. I mainly purchased this item to clean my bathrooms because the shower areas (tiles & grout) never seemed clean. I had visions that the steam would erase all the dirt & grime but even with using various attachments, my tiles are not shiny clean. However, there is a vast improvement in the overall appearance. You definitely need to put some "elbow grease" when it comes to tough dirty grout. Overall, I love my new cleaner and my 9 year old now seems interested in helping me around the house. I thought the item was made in Italy but it may be made in Romania (not 100% sure). The machine is very simple to use. I look forward to using it throughout my house.

I became interested in the "vapor" Steam cleaning method. Initially inquiring of the "Lady Bug" model. Because of the price of the "Lady Bug", I decided to try the "reliable" model. The T630 worked well and does everything it says, but the 2nd time I used it, the button on the handle that holds on attachments, "popped" off during use. The 5th time I turned on T630, the unit heated, and worked for 3-5 minutes. The steam, instead of coming out of the nozzle, began coming from the bottom of the unit itself.[...]Frankly, I believe the Reliable T630 may be a good purchase for the money and I could have just gotten a "Lemon". I think it is too early to know for sure because the product is so NEW! I purchsed based on the "Lady Bug" reviews, which were excellent.[...]

NICE SLOGAN!! You don't even have to read the manual! Trying to cover for a very inadequate manual. You actually do need to read the manual, so read on.

I shopped and shopped and shopped for my first steam cleaner and found that vapor cleaning was the best option. So I sucked it up and payed $200 more then I wanted and am glad I did. I appreciate the other users comment "Pay dear, shed a tear. Go cheap, forever weep."

I was not convinced that any cleaner could get my 1983 grout clean. Boy was I wrong! With the vapor steam and the brush tip, my grout lines were as white as they day they were put in. I added some new grout sealer and done!!

I also used this on my dining room chairs and some spots on the carpet and all were clean in no time!

I believe that Italian made was a good choice and am pleased with my purchase.

The down sound. The attachments are a little thin and seem like they will break in time (but I can't tell yet - they may be just fine and just light in your hand).

I agree that the USER MANUAL IS USELESS! I appreciate that it is brief - but it didn't explain everything. I had to email and I did get a quick response. But come on! If everyone is saying your manuals suck - then fix the stupid manual!!

NOTE: for those who are wondering what the settings on the dial are for (as the manual never directly tells you) here is the response from tech support:

The 1st. position "0" is off
2nd. position is use to blow-down the unit when you are finish using it, or you can use this position to use up whatever steam is left in the unit without regenerating new steam;
3rd. position unit is on it stays in this for steam;

Great! Good to know as the 2nd position has a graphic of a floor mop one might think it is for floor cleaning and the 3rd position has a mystery graphic that I did figure out was the boiler, used for boiling.

But in my heart I can't score this down for a bad manual! The unit itself is flawless. Go ahead an order some extra brush heads if you are planning on cleaning a lot of grout like I did!!

We have lots of white floor tile with white grout. The T630 steam vapor cleaner is the first thing that has ever really cleaned it well. We find that it makes many cleaning chores easier and faster. One of the best purchases we have made in a long time.
