Extremely reliable product to have at home. I used it to clean 10,000 linear feet of dirty grout , 58 large widows and 5000sqf of marble. The machine was fantastic !!

Initially I wanted my grout to come out perfect. I almost sent it back. I used another time and my grout looks as good as it did ten years ago. I should have bought the extra brass and steel brushes. The cord needs to be longer. My only pet peeve. Other than that it is everything and more than I expected!!!

I really like how it gets through my whole cleaning process without having to refill the tank or wait for it to heat to temp. It performs!I like to clean my wood floors with this machine, I just wish it came with a good pad to use on the attachment; the towels don't cut it (I will be making some myself). It could use a flat attachment about 6"x8" with a pad to use on kitchen surfaces such as counter tops, fridge, range hood, etc. When this gets designed, I would like be sent one. Attachments are durable, but practicallity is short in design. I also wish it came with a bag for storing all the loose parts.

I love not having to use harsh chemical-laden cleaning products. I have a toddler and need to keep things clean and virus and bacteria-free. The great thing about this steamer is I can sterilize just about anything - pillows and mattresses, the refrigerator door handle, toys, floors, etc. It's awesome.
