I think the company needs to put me in a commercial...we have over 1,500 sq ft of ceramic tile and grout on the 1st floor...our routine was to sweep, dust mop, then either mop or use a steam mop...the day I received the LadyBug, I used my original routine (I used the steam mop)...the dust mop and stem mop cleaning clothes were disgusting (we do this every 3 days...living in a desert envirnonment with 2 large dogs really dirties up a floor!)...I then used the Ladybug...OMG...the dirt it picked up AFTER my usual routine was tremendous...I then played around and woked on a few of the block's grout lines...they became as clean as new. Now I am going to have to finish the job beaciuse of the extreme differewnce of those grout lines. We were going to have a company come out and clean the tile and grout then reseal...would have cost almost $500 more than what we paid for the machine and all the accessories. This machine is awesome...cleaning the countertops, around the stove, the shower stall...only area I wasn't crazy about was my sliding patio door...trying to stand on a step ladder and use the trigger assembly was awkward, but the results were fantastic! Looking forward to trying it on my carpet and in my truck...I don't think there is anything it won't clean!

I've used the steam cleaner on my household tile and grout. It takes a little longer than I expected and I had to scrub my porous tile harder than I wanted, but it looks brand new. I forgot the veins in the 8 year old tiles are gray, not brown to black! I don't think it will be as hard to upkeep with using the LadyBug sporadically.

it doesn't take long to heat up and stays hot. Seems to work great for killing bed bugs and cleaning my sofa

I used it to clean our porcelain tile floors and grout which had not had a thorough cleaning in 5 years. Worked great. We have over 1,000 sf of tile and it took some time, but the wife was floored over how good it now looks - almost like new. Also used it to clean the composite decking, cook top hood and wood floors. Amazing how well it works, but it does take a little time and patience.
I looked at getting a service like Sir Grout to do the tile, but they were going to charge way more than the cost of this machine. Now we have it and can do it all ourselves.

I have had the LadyBug 2300 XL for about a month. I have used it for everything...from the kitchen to the bath. I have laminate flooring in most of my house and I was never very happy with the way it looked unless I got on my hands and knees and washed and dried it. Using the steamer, it dries spotlessly and shiney. (You need to keep the heat moving, but the results are great.) It also did an awesome job cleaning metal louvered closet doors in minutes. This maching is up to the task and never has a problem keeping up at any setting.
