In addition to floors, showers, stove tops, upholstery, etc. it does a great job cleaning up after a flood. We had a flood in September and it's been indispensable cleaning mud, mildew and other nasty deposits. Also, it is nice not to have to use chemicals, which can be hazardous, to clean up other, potentially hazardous substances.

My Ladybug is wonderful...so easy to use and quiet. I clean everything with it...my tile floors, my oven, my granite counter tops, my stainless grill and outdoor kitchen. I even spot clean my family room area rug with my lady Bug. There is no cleanup after using the Lady bug....My house it clean sanitized with a quick dry time...I love it!!

We use the cleaner for all of our house cleaning. Wood floors, tile floors, showers -- everything. Great feature of steam cleaning is that it does not leave a residue.

I bought this in 1998 and still use it. I have had it worked on once 4 years ago. Sent it off had it back in a couple of weeks and worked better than ever. I have replaced the hose once and a couple of brushes. Even though this is called a LadyBug I call it Buddy. It is the best cleaning Buddy I have. My son moved into a disaster of a filthy house and borrowed Buddy. He now calls it Buddy Love. Says he could have never have lived there without Buddy. I had a cheap steam cleaner before and decided to go with this one. Best decision I have ever made. Since I have had this for 13 years I can tell you it will be worth your money. The only complaint I have is that I wish they would come out with a better way to attach the towels. Other than that I love "Buddy Love

I use it personally on floors and grainte counters and the cabinet fronts that see heavy grime (by the dog bowls,by the dishwasher, sink and in cabinet garbage cans at home - between the cleaning person – who uses it for everything, tile, grout, shower doors, windows, screens, painted wood work, regular woodwork, stove, cook top – you name it. Even though the oven is self cleaning this covers the areas it doesn't (oven door and also does it quicker and with less heat in the house (self cleaning oven goes for 3-4 hours). My stainless steel cooktop is now clean with out using abrasives. For all of us this eliminates the need for getting on our hands and knees to get the floor really clean. The first time we used it on our very large hardwood kitchen floor - it took three times to get off the "hidden dirt" - the floor looks great!
I use it at the summer home for all of the above and bathroom; sink, toilet, toilet seat and shower mirror and of course tile floor.
Also for windows, screens, blinds – and the Hammock, have not tried it on the siding yet. Waiting for fall to see if it will work for bottom cleaning the boat.
We have large dogs and it is useful for cleaning up slobber etc from anywhere those pups touch as well.
I haven't had much experience with using it on carpets, but the few times I tried I wasn't very successful – I also haven't used it on upholstery yet.
The downside is "mobility" – since this was a substantial investment – I currently take it with me to the summer home every weekend and even just between floors at our house, it is a pain to gather everything up and move it. A retractable cord would be really useful as well. Finally since I don't have a degree in origami – I find wrapping the towels around the brushes efficiently takes way too long, especially on the triangle brush. I understand that the reason the bonnets are not overly popular is because the fit is not as tight and steam can escape, - how about providing a fold pattern or a "cut" pattern would be helpful – I don't sew but can certainly handle a pair of scissors.
