We are moving and getting the current house really to sell. My husband was really upset with the lingering odor of cat urine on our couch and chairs and was feeling very discouraged about being a cat owner. I had tried everything to remove the lingering odors and we were avoiding sitting on the furniture due to the smell and were mortified to have guests. I read the on-line reviews about how the Ladybug worked on urine odors. The price was daunting, but, if it worked I would save thousands in not having to replace smelly furniture or move it into our new home. Eureka, it worked. I saved two couches and 4 chairs with the Ladybug steam vapor cleaner and I have been steadily cleaning my way through the rest of the house. The oven looks great and the deck furniture looks like new. I can recommend this product.

Easily cleans cracks and crevices that I wish were clean, but am not usually willing to get out toothpicks and q-tips to do. The steam can go many places that toothpicks/q-tips can not get to! Fantastic job on windows with dog nose-prints. Spend a lot less time than with an assortment of cleaners, buckets and rags. And I really like that I do not have to use chemicals; although I had some 409 left and had some really old gummy spots on the stove and refrig - a very small squirt of the 409 and the steam worked great together to get that stuff off with no effort of scrubbing that the 409 alone would take. This was kind of an impulse buy, but I am so glad I got it rather than just the floor steam cleaner I was considering because it has SOOOO many more uses than just the floor. I am very happy with everything I have used it for.

Using the Ladybug is so easy.. Fill and start Cleaning! I love having a clean bed and pillows to sleep on... and having pet accidents isn't a problem anymore... Got a sink that stinks??? This little " Lady " will help without having to use chemicals !And windows aren't a "Pain" either. Next we are going to get out 5th wheel camper cleaned inside and out.. Can't wait! Then on to our Basement... Spring cleaning doesn't have to wait till spring anymore...this is easy!

The accessories are great and it is so nice to have the convenience of my own steam cleaner to get the stains up before they set.
I have major allergies, so I have cleaned practically EVERYTHING in my house. My family laughed at me and my "new friend". I was constantly using my Ladybug the first two months after I bought it until I finally made it through the first round of cleaning!

My Ladybug gives ME the cleaning bug! It pulls along on carpet or flooring well making it easy to keep going. The trigger steam is better than one i threw out that just kept going, and crossing the steam meant one very nasty burn. I just wish someone would make a holster, because i find i have to keep putting the hand-held piece on the floor or find a way to anchor it when i need both hands. Go Vapor[...]
