I purchased this product for home use to speed up the task of ironing table linens for a small restaurant. I've used this product consistently for the past year and am impressed with its high quality. The product heats up quickly and delivers perfect steam and pressure, resulting in "professionally pressed" linens. My warnings to the user are that the product is very heavy, and needs a secure stand, so that it won't fall over... an ironing board may sway with use and be dangerous. Also, this product is extremely hot, and extreme caution and attention must be used when operating! I endured a severe burn to the top of my hand as a result of not paying attention. Do not operate near children, and remember that the product takes a good 15 minutes to cool down... watch out for curious little hands!

I am skeptical of reviews - usually; but I bought and put the press into service tonight. The set-up was simple, intuitive and easy. I read the manual. After the fourth object I was an expert at it. The press gave perfect pressing results to jeans in about 60-seconds - start to finish. Twenty minutes by iron. After pressing and steaming for over an hour I still had plenty of water in the reservoir. I bought the S550 and give it 5-Stars without issue. The unit on the stand could be higher but the results were actually spectacular. i have no association with this company or the manufacturer. A good value for the money. This unit will pay for itself by avoiding the commercial dry-cleaners and the results look professionally-done and neat.

I will have to get used to pressing with this. You have to be very careful with the top. It is very hot. So far I am happy with it. I haven,t found a place big enough to store it.
