Received this a few weeks ago and still becoming familiar with it, but so far, so good! The heated-iron portion is lighter than my old iron, because the iron doesn't hold the water for steam. Quick to heat, and the steam lasts considerably longer than my old one-piece iron.
Taking a bit of time to 'relearn' how to iron, but the best part is not having to stop after every other item to refill the water when the steam runs out.
The external tank is removable, so taking it to the sink for refilling is easy, and having a clear view of the water level is nice as well.
